Delegate your need to be accepted.

Throw it out the door, to be received by someone who is good at catching and loving the things you no longer require.

Give away your need to do and say the right thing, and let it be nurtured by another who, is in love with the ego and all efforts required to maintain it.

Make space, and lift the weight of what is expected from you – that thing that is expected before you have even decided what is right for you. 

Focus on what is in front of you, discard everything behind and to the sides. It will be cared for, it will be nourished, trust in this. It is not your concern.

In the meantime, grant yourself permission, compel yourself to be who you must be, to get the job done.
